We are now closed for the season and will reopen in the Spring. See you then!
Every day starting at 4:00 PM, we begin shifting animals to the off-exhibit holding area for the evening. Weather, minor maintenance, or animal health issues may cause a change from day to day.
Pricing
Tickets pre-ordered online will be discounted, while tickets purchased in-person at the gate will cost a few dollars more.
Admission Prices
For our 2024 season, we are offering discounted admission rates for guests to explore the zoo grounds as a token of gratitude for your continued support during the renovation period. The heavy snowfall in January 2024 caused significant damage to facilities and infrastructure at Niabi Zoo. As a result of ongoing restoration efforts, certain animal habitats will be temporarily closed, and some animals may not be available for viewing. View map of what exhibits or areas will be closed.
*To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend purchasing your zoo tickets online before you visit the zoo. This will help you avoid any inconvenience and save you time. However, if you face difficulty buying tickets online due to high website traffic, we suggest trying again later. Please note that we are not able to offer you a lower price if you are unable to purchase tickets online, and we are also unable to refund you later if you choose to buy tickets on-site instead. Therefore, we encourage you to plan and purchase tickets online to guarantee the best prices

Please note that we cannot provide a separate entry line for members or online ticket holders. Guests will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Group Admission
Minimum of 15 people and groups MUST preregister 2 weeks in advance to receive discounted pricing.
NOTE: Any passes, including admission, carousel and train, without a marked expiration date will not be accepted and are not transferable.
