Every day starting at 4:00 PM, we begin shifting animals to the off-exhibit holding area for the evening. Weather, minor maintenance, or animal health issues may cause a change from day to day.

Pricing

Tickets can be purchased online or at admission gates. In 2025, ticket prices will be the same whether purchased online or at the gate. This makes it simpler and more convenient for guests.

Admission

Updates in ticket pricing help support infrastructure improvements and high-quality animal care, ensuring a great experience for visitors and the best possible environment for the animals.

Please note that we cannot provide a separate entry line for members or online ticket holders. Guests will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you are a member, please have your membership card and ID ready.

If you have purchased your tickets online, please have them printed off or ready on your phone.

Parking

 Parking fees support continued education and conservation initiatives at the zoo. These fees remain unchanged from previous years, offering affordable access for visitors.

*As of 2025, we have updated our pricing structure. Ride and feed experiences will now be the same price for all guests, and member discounts will no longer apply.
